MyPosition (the "Site") provides its Service without requiring account registration or login, and does not directly collect personal information from users.

However, in the course of operating the web server, access IP addresses, access timestamps, and browser/device information may be automatically generated and stored as server logs.

Collected access logs are used solely for operational purposes such as maintaining service stability, detecting abnormal traffic or abuse, and troubleshooting. They are not used to identify individual users.

Automatically collected access logs are retained only for the period necessary to fulfill the operational purposes above and are deleted without delay thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

The Site uses the browser's local storage to remember dark/light theme and language (Korean/English) preferences. This information is stored only on the user's device and is never transmitted to the Site's servers.

The Site does not disclose users' access information to third parties, except where required by a lawful request from an investigative authority under applicable law.
