Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the cryptocurrency price, indicator, and related information services (the "Service") provided by MyPosition (myposition.dev, the "Site"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Site and its users.

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

These Terms take effect when posted on the Site or otherwise announced.

The Site may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law. Any amendment will be announced in advance, specifying the effective date and reason for the change.

Continued use of the Service after an amendment is announced constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 3 (Description of Service)

The Site provides the following services.

· Domestic and international cryptocurrency exchange prices and premium (kimchi premium) data

· Derivatives-related indicators such as liquidation maps, open interest (OI), and long/short ratios

· Economic calendar and related news

· Other informational content the Site may add from time to time

The content of the Service may change or be partially suspended without prior notice due to operational needs or circumstances at the data providers (exchange APIs, etc.).

Article 4 (User Obligations)

When using the Service, users must not:

1. Copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit content posted by the Site without its consent;

2. Generate abnormal traffic to the server or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service;

3. Infringe the rights of third parties or violate applicable laws.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in text, design, and logos created by the Site belong to the Site operator. Rights to the underlying price and indicator data (from Binance and other exchanges or external API providers) remain with those respective providers.

Article 6 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

All information provided by the Site is for reference only and does not constitute investment solicitation or advice. Users are solely responsible for any investment decisions made based on this information, and for the outcomes of those decisions. Further details are set out on the Site's separate Disclaimer page.

The Site is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including force majeure, power outages, network failures, or exchange API outages.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute between the Site and a user shall be subject to the jurisdiction determined under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms are effective as of July 2, 2026.
